Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility for a Return or Exchange

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original, pristine condition.
  • Accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes, tags, and any certificates.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., pieces with custom engraving or specific design requests).
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during a sale or on clearance.
  • Gift cards.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow the steps outlined in our "Exchange Request Process" section below.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the exchange request process.
  • Once we receive your original item, we will dispatch the new item.
  • If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue the difference as a store credit or a partial refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at support@silvercraftbylally.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns or exchanges (due to change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SilverCraft by Lally is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
